We plan to open a community kitchen and cookery school where people can cook, learn new skills and enjoy food together.

Shape Up Groups are free, 10-week group programmes for adults combining nutrition, behaviour change advice and exercise.
Food poverty advice
Help for people facing food poverty or worried about having enough money to buy food, including food banks and financial advice.
Support for community food projects
We provide support to all community food projects, including food banks, lunch clubs, community gardens and more.
Our qualified dietitians and nutritionists offer 1-1 clinics for adults combining nutrition and lifestyle advice tailored to you.
Help and support from our Nutrition team doesn't end when you finish Shape Up. We have a number of follow-on options.
