Many people suffering from malnutrition are living in the community, hidden and therefore undetected. So we have written a booklet, in partnership with Age UK Brighton and Hove, to provide information on what to eat to prevent malnutrition as we get older.
The booklet gives practical tips on eating well, and how to spot malnutrition and key signs to look out for. The booklet gives advice on buying ready meals and what to eat if appetite is low, plus some nutritious snacks. It has information on local support services, lunch clubs and alternatives to meals on wheels.
