Community cookery courses

We run a wide range of subsidised cookery courses for people in Brighton and Hove who may be isolated, vulnerable, suffering from a health condition or struggling on a low-income.

For some cooking healthy meals can be a challenge. People with learning difficulties, struggling with addiction or homelessness or trying to live on a low-budget may feel they lack the confidence or skills to cook a nutritious meal from scratch.

These low-cost or free courses help people gain vital cooking skills which can lead to a greater sense of well-being and confidence.

If you feel that you could benefit from one of our cookery sessions please apply.
