Masterclass: Hooked on Fish with Olly Dawson

Olly’s Fish Shack takes you on a journey from the Sussex sea to the beaches of Baja, California and beyond. Learn how to choose fresh fish and make the most of the local species. Discover a variety of fish cooking techniques and how to make truly delicious fish dishes from scratch at home.


Masterclass: Pastry Perfection with Charlotte Fuller

In this pastry class you will master the techniques needed to make and use perfect pastry every time. Once you understand the properties of each type of pastry, from the crisp buttery durable shortcrust, to the lighter flakier types of laminated pastry, you will soon be able to fill them to your heart’s content. You will make a sweet or savoury pie using your own shortcrust pastry and take home your puff pastry to be used as you wish.


Junior Masterclass: World of Food with Jethro Carr

Jethro Carr from Kitchen Academy brings you the first in a series of fun and engaging cookery workshops for younger cooks (age 7-11) to discover recipes and techniques from around the world. The first stop is Spain, creating tasty Empanadas, Mini Tortillas and Patatas Bravas. Ole!


Masterclass: Modern India with Ratna Jan Bibi

A modern twist on traditional Indian cookery. Come with Ratna on a journey through Indian cuisine and explore how the flavours and techniques can be used to transform some of our own classic dishes, starting with everyone’s favourite – the Sunday Roast.


Masterclass: Veganuary made easy with Viva Los Vegan

Masterclass: Food and mood with The Therapy kitchen

Diet and nutrition can affect mood and be both protective and preventative for positive mental health and can aid recovery. The development of food skills can provide the tools to improve diet and nutrition and also impact on people’s self-esteem, confidence and overall mental wellbeing. Eating healthy, delicious food can transform your everyday life. If you’re doing it right, a healthy diet shouldn’t make you feel hard done by; it should fill you with energy, satisfy your stomach and thrill your taste buds!


Community Cookery Course: Cooking on a budget 

For anyone who could do with some new ideas of how to eat cheaply and well. Cooking on a Budget is a five-week cookery course for adults of all ages, full of tasty recipes and tips for keeping healthy and happy even when time is short and money is tight.

Cook and eat delicious meals from chilli to chowder, minestrone to mushroom risotto.
