How do I join?
What to expect
Your first appointment will last up to 60 minutes, providing time to discuss your goals and how we can best support you. Follow up appointments are usually every four weeks (you will be offered six appointments in total), with each follow up appointment generally lasting for 30 minutes.
We provide you with up-to-date, evidence-based information on healthy eating and support you to manage your weight. Together we explore the factors contributing to your weight concerns and help you set realistic goals and make dietary changes that are easy to maintain.
Our help and support doesn’t end when you have finished your programme. We have a number of options to suit, such as our weekly drop in support group, volunteering options and Shape Up in the Kitchen cookery course.
