Food and Nutrition Training:  Eating well to stay healthy

Do you care for an adult, either living independently or in a residential setting?

Food plays a vital role in maintaining and improving health and well-being for all. The Food Partnership is running an engaging and interactive half day workshop to guide you through why nutrition is so important when working with or caring for vulnerable or older adults.

We will provide appropriate information on specific nutrients and tips for people either living alone or in residential care. We will inspire you in making healthier choices and guide you through label reading, ready meal provision and how to access community meals. Refreshments and a free copy of our booklet will be provided.
