Jethro Carr, founder of pop-up cookery school Kitchen Academy and veteran of cookery demonstrations, master classes, workshops, gastronomic experiments and food-inspired corporate team-building events, has designed a mouth-watering menu for you.
Using fresh, seasonal ingredients you will be given step-by-step instruction in working with freshly prepared egg pasta dough, shaping gnocchi and making delicious, traditional gelato – culminating in a wonderful authentic Italian spread. Bellissimo! All the recipes will be vegetarian friendly.

Tickets for this event are £45 per person, we have a limited number of tickets available at a concession rate of £35 for those who are in receipt of a means-tested benefit, as well as full-time students (use the drop-down to choose this option when purchasing your ticket).
