Refer to Casserole Club

Casserole Club connects people happy to share an extra portion of delicious home-cooked food with neighbours who could benefit from a meal and a friendly chat.

All of our volunteers go though an independent DBS criminal records check and do a food hygiene quiz. The service aims to reduce social isolation and improve food provision among older generations and vulnerable people whether through disability, illness or loneliness, while creating a better sense of community.

Refer a Diner

  • Call 01273 431700 or email, telling us the Diner’s name and phone number.
  • Fill in a paper sign-up form with a Diner’s details and posting it to us.
  • Alternatively you can refer people online.

Does your organisation support lots of people who would benefit from Casserole Club? Arrange a meeting with one of our Casserole Club team and we can discuss how you can help people to sign up.

Promote the project

We have lots of poster and flyers we can send you to help promote Casserole Club to the people you work with. Please get in touch to let us know what you might need.

Sponsor the project locally

We are currently exploring new and interesting ways to keep Casserole Club running in Brighton & Hove. Although the service is free to those who use it, it is not free to run.  If your organisation would be interested in supporting Casserole Club and exploring ideas with us please get in touch directly with Alan Lugton on 01273 431702.
