If you are unwell or at high risk and need food, below is a list of trusted organisations in Brighton and Hove offering shopping services. They can purchase your items from a shop and offer contact-free, door-step deliveries.

Services offered: Finding help with shopping, collecting prescriptions and other support; getting emergency food bank referrals; support to keep active and well and to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness.

Community Transport Food Delivery Service

Service offered: For anyone who is self-isolating and cannot easily access food and provisions (not just elderly or disabled people). They work with a local independent grocer to provide fresh food and other essentials.
Availability: They have split the city into five zones and each zone has two deliveries per week. Order online or call the numbers above.

Morrison’s Doorstep Delivery
Morrison’s have set up an Emergency Contact Centre for the most vulnerable and elderly who cannot shop online. It is called Morrison’s doorstep Delivery. It will operate 8am- 4pm. The order will then be delivered the next day. The telephone number is 03456116111 press option 5. Payment can be made over the phone or contactless.
