Grow offers people the chance to enjoy the beautiful, local countryside in a friendly and supportive group.
The project offers various activities to suit mood, energy and interest including nature walks, conservation tasks, gardening, creative sessions and woodworking. The project is a balance of being in magical surroundings with picnics, tea and chat, soup by the fire and mindfulness exercises.
Sessions are low cost and include transport from central Brighton. They run for 8 weeks at a time , one group per season, at Saddlescombe Farm – a beautiful National Trust property in the Sussex countryside.
