The Food Partnership’s Annual General Meeting and members event will take place on Tuesday 20th September in the Conference Room at Community Base, 113 Queens Road, Brighton BN1 3XG.

6.00 pm Arrival and tea, coffee and juice.

6.20 pm AGM Business

• Approval of minutes from previous AGM.
• Report on work of BHFP.
• Thank you to Board member Sue Paskins who is stepping down.
• Election of new Board members – if you are interested in standing for the board please see this blog – https://bhfood.org.uk/call-for-nominations-to-the-board-of-directors-2022/.
• Adoption of annual accounts (2021/22).
• Chance for Questions.
• Close of AGM.

7.00 pm – Guest speaker: Claire Potter – an award winning sustainable designer, circular economy and marine litter expert living in Brighton. She’ll be talking about her work towards a plastic-free city and supporting local schools to adopt their own circular economy approach to reducing waste.

7.30 pm – Soup and bread and a chance to catch up with staff, volunteers, Board members and Food Partnership members.

All are welcome but only Members of the Food Partnership can vote at the AGM. Membership is free and open to anyone over 18yrs old who lives or works in Brighton & Hove. The link to register as a member can be found here – https://bhfood.typeform.com/to/UT4vxfuU.
