Create a range of authentic and elegant Italian dishes using traditional pasta-making tools and techniques.
In this class, you will mix, knead and shape authentic pasta dough. We will create a range of doughs including egg and semolina and learn how to add vibrant natural colourings like spinach. You will practise your pasta-making skills using cavarla and malloreddus boards and bicicletta and fluted ravioli cutters to hand roll and craft a variety of pasta shapes.
The focus is firmly on the pasta, so Jethro will demonstrate simple sauces and fillings that let the delicate flavours and texture of your fresh pasta sing: for the sauces, burro e salvia (butter and sage) and salsa di pomodoro (fresh tomato); and for the fillings, spinaci e ricotta (spinach and ricotta) and purè di zucca (pumpkin purée). Covid-19 safety measures
We’ve taken time to develop new procedures and systems to keep participants, volunteers and staff safe, find out more here. For those who have attended our classes in the past, the key changes are that we now ask everyone to wear a face covering when moving around the room, we no longer share a meal at the end but will package food to takeaway, and we are of course keeping to social distancing during the classes.
Tickets for this event are £55 per person, or £79.99 (in total, SALE price reduced from £99.99) when booking two tickets at once. Those booking a pair of tickets should be from the same household or bubble as they will be working closely together, whilst still creating their own dishes.
We have a limited number of tickets available at a concession rate of £34.99 for those who are in receipt of a means-tested benefit, under-18s (must be accompanied by an adult), as well as full-time students. If available, these options will appear in the drop-down when purchasing your ticket.

You may book additional pair or individual tickets if you have a group interested to attend, however please note spaces are very limited due to Covid-19. We are happy to arrange bespoke private events for groups of six/ two households (or larger groups after 21st June), please contact us to discuss the options on email@example.com.
Due to current government guidelines and for the safety of all involved, we have greatly reduced the number of participants at our cookery classes. Any cancellations now have an increased impact on our ability to run a viable cookery school. We are therefore unable to provide refunds except if there is a mistake with the booking and we are notified within 48 hours after booking. In the event of a local/ national lockdown or change in government guidelines, we will reschedule classes if necessary and bookings will be valid for the new date or can be transferred to another event.
If you are unable to attend your class for any reason, we encourage you to transfer your booking to a friend who can attend in your place.
