This class will see you making and baking classic French eclairs, made with light choux pastry – and learning how to feel your way to that elusive moment your choux paste is ready. You will learn piping and filling techniques to ensure a professional finish. While your choux buns rise in the oven, you will make delicious crème pâtissière filling and the smoothest of salted chocolate ganaches to decorate them.

Tickets for this event are £39.99 per person, or £34.99 (per person) when booking two or more tickets at once. We have a limited number of tickets available at a concession rate of £24.99 for those who are in receipt of a means-tested benefit, under-18s (must be accompanied by an adult), as well as full-time students.
