  Wednesday 8 Dec 2021

  6:00 pm  - 9:00 pm

Join chef Jethro in creating classic Italian dishes that mark the festive season.

In this class, you will mix, knead and shape authentic pasta dough alongside homemade doughs for your seasonal focaccia and the essential Italian Christmas loaf. Our seasonal menu includes:

  • Chestnut and rosemary focaccia
  • Mini panettone loaves

You will sit and enjoy your creations at our shared dining table before you head home with new ideas for your own festive celebrations. Buon Natale!
