You will learn how to cook a delicious teriyaki dish (salmon, chicken or tofu) and discover the techniques behind okonomiyaki, traditional savoury pancakes, that are hugely popular in Japan.
At the end of this practical online class you’ll surely be ready to flex your culinary muscles, impressing family and friends with some home-made authentic Japanese sustenance. (The image at the top of the page was taken after our kids’ teriyaki lesson a few weeks ago! Credit: Simone Aylward)
Previous participants on Jethro’s classes said: “Amazing class, thank you so much! Liked the interactive experience, relaxing environment and teacher.” “Will definitely try this again at home.” “Really enjoyed the whole evening; learning all the techniques and watching the chef.”
