About this event

Traditional Korean ‘Banchan’ (small plates) are delicious, tasty and speedily made – perfect for the busy cook with a taste for adventure. Learn how to create three of the more popular Banchan with Kitchen favourite Jethro.

In this class you will use mostly familiar ingredients but also discover a few new ones, as your tastebuds take a delicious trip east.

You will work in pairs to make:

• Yachae Mandu (Korean Vegetable Dumplings)
• Tteokbokki (Spicy Rice Cakes)
• Kimchijeon (Kimchi Pancakes)
