Meat-free Christmas

Homemade Holiday Vegan Wellington with Carrots, Beans, Mushrooms

Wow everyone around your festive table this year with a veggie centrepiece that will have even the most confirmed of carnivores converted to a meat-free Christmas.

Caroline Whiteman leads the way in this hands-on workshop that will create three delicious, original alternatives to turkey for a vegetarian or vegan Christmas. One of the dishes you create is suitable for freezing to save for the day itself!

Sit down at the end to have an early festive feast.

Previous participants said: “It was all amazing, really informative, amazing host and volunteers and sitting down to eat the food was delicous! Definitely plan on using the recipes and trying out more veggie recipes.” “I will take the recipes and re-create them again for sure! I learnt lots of new things.” “Very enjoyable and informative – I shall look forward to Christmas dinner.”
