What better way to enjoy some unadulterated sweet times with your mum than by baking together on Mother’s Day.
In this four-hour workshop led by pastry chef Charlotte, you will work together to bake a lemon or vanilla cake, make lemon curd and buttercream icing and learn how to use nozzles and piping bags to decorate, including writing a chocolate message on the cakes. You and your mother (or other special person!) will be encouraged to be as creative as you want. The cake and icing recipes can be adapted to dietary requirements, please specify this when booking.
A really lovely way to make this year’s Mother’s Day a day you will both remember.
What previous participants said: “Charlotte is an excellent teacher.” “Will start baking again, be more adventurous.” “Feel more confident, will try more styles of decorating.”
