Who better to learn the secrets behind delicious, stress-free canapés, snacks and dips than the original Brighton supperclub hostess, Tina Horvath.
In this hands-on class you will cook at least five get-ahead recipes that will help any drinks party go with a swing, as well as learn quick and easy tips for tinkering with recipes to you can build a canapé repertoire to please all your guests – while ensuring you have the time to have fun with them too.
Recipes include tiny scones with blue cheese, mackerel pate with quick pickled cucumber, red pepper dip with crudities, lamb & feta koftas with coriander relish.

Tickets for this event are £55 per person, or £50 (per person) when booking two or more tickets at once.
