Tuesday 5th November 2024
10:00 am - 1:00 pm

About this event

dough hands and flour

Discover the versatility of pumpkins with our Community Cookery Leader, Charlotte. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll team up with a partner to create unique and flavourful pumpkin recipes, that taste great and help to eliminate food waste.

Charlotte will guide you through essential cooking techniques and help you avoid common pitfalls, ensuring you make the most of this often-underappreciated vegetable. In just a few hours, you’ll whip up dishes such as:

• Pumpkin spiced latte muffins with coffee frosting,
• Comforting pumpkin bread.
• Warming cinnamon & chilli pumpkin dhal with toasted seeds.

So, apply for this spooky, relaxing and friendly session and leave with new skills and inspiration to make the most out of pumpkins this Halloween.
