momma cherriMomma Cherri and her daughter Kat return to the Kitchen with their distinctive joyful style to lead a fun and friendly session cooking up a Thanksgiving meal hard to beat this side of the Atlantic.

The emphasis is firmly on enjoyment in this class which will see participants working in teams to create an amazing three starters, two mains, six sides and three desserts (phew), before sitting down to enjoy a soul-food feast.

On the menu for starters will be catfish goujons with pineapple salsa, devilled eggs, and roasted beetroot and garlic salad. Main meal meats (prepped beforehand by Momma) will be roast turkey, and honey and pineapple roasted baked ham – vegans or vegetarians are welcome to extra portions of sides instead.

There will be sides of mashed potatoes, candied sweet potatoes, macaroni and cheese, green beans, succotash (sweetcorn and broad beans) and greens. And the delicious desserts awaiting you will be sweet potato pie, vegan chocolate cake and what else but Momma’s version of Thanksgiving’s iconic pumpkin pie.

Definitely a meal to give thanks for.

Booking instructions

Tickets for this event are £64.99 per person, or £59.99 (per person) for any vegetarians/ vegans. We have a limited number of tickets available at a concession rate of £44.99 for those who are in receipt of a means-tested benefit, under-18s (must be accompanied by an adult), as well as full-time students. Refund policy:

We offer a full refund if you change or cancel your place up to 14 days before your class. If you cancel between seven and 14 days before your class, we offer a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds when a place is cancelled less than seven days before the class is due to take place. Please note Eventbrite now has a policy of keeping the Eventbrite fees associated with a booking (roughly 6.5% of the total cost) even when a refund is made.
