Experienced pastry chef Charlotte Fuller will show you how to bake and decorate delicious vegan berry cupcakes as well as supremely indulgent vegan chocolate brownies.
Charlotte will explain a variety of different substitutions and techniques for baking without eggs and dairy, so you will go away with the tools to adapt recipes and keep baking at home afterwards.
You should not need specialist baking equipment for this class, just basics like a muffin tin, whisk and mixing bowls. Charlotte will demonstrate decorating techniques that do not require piping bags. A full equipment list will be provided before the class.
