Cook along with vegan chef Sophie to make two canapes and an impressive festive centrepiece.
Ensure this year is a plant-based Christmas to remember with satisfying fare to delight the gourmet in all of us. In this class, Sophie of SuperDoux catering shares her innovative ways with vegan cuisine – transforming carrots into a smoked salmon substitute and conjuring up a convincing and delicious alternative to foie gras. The layered Wellington centrepiece will impress festive guests whatever their dietary preferences.

In the class, you will make and enjoy at our shared dining table:
- A carrot lox with cream cheese
- Some ‘faux’ gras pâté with sourdough.
- A mushroom and chestnut layered Wellington with spinach, vegan cream cheese and toasted hazelnuts.
