– Coconut Fried Rice – Bejewelled & aromatic rice with vegetables and sweet peppers

– Plantain & Coconut Curry with Red Kidney Beans – a wonderfully smoky and sweet curry that will transport you to the coastal shores of West Africa.

– Spiced Banana Fritters with Hibiscus Sugar – An indulgent dessert with a tart and fruity hibiscus sugar using dried hibiscus petals, specially created for our class

The class is great for cooks of all levels, from beginners to experts, leaving you inspired to add African vibrancy into your cooking. Guests are encouraged to make each dish their own taste, and Lerato will guide you through customising your dish with unique ingredients you may already have at home.
