Young people aged 16-25 in Brighton and Hove can pay a small weekly membership, and in return can access fresh, local produce and stock cupboard items. Membership start-up is free, just drop in to the shop and sign up.

They also provide food bank referral and money advice services.

Standard Rate Membership:

  • Small Shop – £6 – (15 items)
  • Large Shop – £8 – (20 items)

Solidarity Membership (optional):

  • YAC-Extra Small Shop – £8 – (15 items)
  • YAC-Extra Large Shop – £10 – (20 items)

Reduced rate if on means tested benefit.

There are supported memberships for people who have previously used a food bank or who are in a food emergency so they can access food for free and in a positive and empowering way.

COLLECTION. No referral needed, must meet criteria.
