Are you unemployed and want to get into catering?

Do you want to learn in a catering environment but don’t know where to start?

Are you looking to gain recognised qualifications in the catering and service industry as well as gaining experience cooking and serving real customers?

Then come and join us on the 6 week Big Fig Catering Experience course.

Start Date: 15th January 2018
End Date: 28th February 2018
Location: The Platform, 9 Russell Place, Brighton, BN1 2RG and Eco Chateau, Normandy, France
Cost: Free
Description: The Catering Experience course at the Big Fig is a programme that gives you the opportunity to gain the skills and experience you need to get into catering trade. The Catering Experience course runs for 6 weeks, including 2 weeks work placement in France.

On completion of the course you will gained qualifications in City and Guilds Level 1 Certificate in Introduction to the Hospitality Industry, Food Safety Level 2and a full portfolio of all your course work. As well as, hands on kitchen experience in Kitchens in Sicil and Brighton.
