Up your game this festive season!
Look no further for a certain winner for your Christmas table than the trio of game dishes devised by chef, food writer and former Masterchef winner Peter Bayless.
In this special, one-off workshop, Peter will lead you through his own magnificent menu of classic English game dishes. You will bid goodbye to boring old turkey and learn the tips and tricks for three show-stopping mains: Roast breast and confit leg of pheasant; ‘A partridge in a pear tree’ (Roast partridge with sultanas, braised vegetables and caramelised pear); and Pan-roasted loin of venison with Port wine jus, plus a range of tasty vegetable sides and recipes to take away.
The class will end with a feast you are certain to remember.

Tickets for this event include:

Tickets for this event are £60, or £55 (per person) when booking two or more tickets at once. We have a limited number of tickets available at a concession rate of £50 for those who are in receipt of a means-tested benefit, under-18’s (must be accompanied by an adult), as well as full-time students.
