Create a festive centrepiece to remember! Experienced pâtisserie tutor and Kitchen favourite Charlotte Fuller is the guide as you bake and construct a show-stopping dessert with seasonal fillings and decorations.
First learn the secrets of creating homemade Irish Cream liquor which you’ll use for the filling in your yule log (or a non-alcoholic alternative if preferred, please note when booking). You’ll then bake the lightest chocolate roulade sponge, alongside creating a salted dark chocolate ganache. Roll and assemble your sponge and filling, then finish the afternoon with a sip of your very own Irish Cream as you decorate your rolled centrepiece with everything from meringue to real holly leaves. Then package it to take home and enjoy.
Please note the recipes for this class contain eggs and gluten, if you have any questions about dietary requirements or allergies, feel free to contact us.
