About this event
Create a festive centrepiece to remember! Experienced pâtisserie tutor and food stylist Charlotte Fuller is the guide as you bake and construct a show-stopping dessert with seasonal fillings and decorations:
- The lightest chocolate genoise sponge, soaked in festive liqueur (or a non-alcoholic alternative if preferred, please note when booking)
- An aromatic orange almond sponge layer which pairs perfectly with the chocolate.
- A selection of decadent fillings including sweet orange mascarpone and whipped chocolate cream.
- A demonstration of meringue mushroom decorations to adorn your spectacular patisserie-style cake.
- Make your own handcrafted chocolate decorations.
- Make and enjoy a festive cocktail.
- Packaging to take it home and enjoy.
