Baking for Wellbeing with Sally Dellar (community cookery)- SPACES FILLED

About this event

Who can attend?  People who can attend an in-person cookery session. This course is for people living with a long term mental health condition and/or those for whom their mental health substantially affects their day to day activities.

Join us for a relaxing and friendly session and leave with inspiration for baking biscuits and cakes that impress. No previous skills required.

Our Community Cookery Leader Sally Dellar will demonstrate essential skills and help you avoid common mistakes. On the day we will be making:

  • Cookies
  • Muffins
  • Blondies

Dietary information: The menu for this class contains eggs, dairy and gluten. For any allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before applying.

About your chef

Sally began her baking career at the esteemed London bakery Crumbs & Doilies 15 years ago, creating delicious treats that gained huge acclaim through their online presence. Sally has also been a fixture on the company’s hugely successful YouTube channel Cupcake Jemma, where she creates fool-proof recipe videos every week with her 2 co-hosts. For the last 2 years Sally has been teaching baking and cake decorating classes to the public and loves nothing more than bringing people together in a safe and inclusive environment to share her experience and help others to learn new skills.

Costs:

The cost of this class is £10.

Application Information:

Please complete the form below to apply for a space on this class. We will send eligible participants (providing there is spaces available) a booking link via email within 2 weeks off application to pay for and confirm your space.
