Should baby lead you or should you lead baby? It can be hard to know what’s best when thinking about first foods for your baby.
As a parent herself, qualified public health nutritionist Fran Taylor understands well the fear and panic that can accompany weaning so she has designed this fun and interactive weaning workshop to be a supportive and safe environment where your baby can try some first foods and you can learn about the what, why and how of weaning – including some much-needed myth busting!
There will be plenty of time to answer all your questions and you will leave with a handout with all the information discussed as well as some recipes to try at home. This workshop is designed for babies of around six months plus.
What previous participants said: “I feel more confident weaning.” “Useful to have a supportive space to talk openly.” “Really informative, covered all questions, and things I hadn’t thought about.”
We run these workshops regularly throughout the year, but if the date or time doesn’t work for you, we can arrange a bespoke workshop for a private group with a minimum of 8 parents. Contact us to discuss.
