About this event

You’ll be filling your kitchen with the aroma of home baking after this course.

Professional chef Jessica Dames shares her culinary and patisserie training with you to master the skills of rough-puff, shortcrust and sweet pastry.

Our menu includes:

  • Sausage rolls (or a veggie alternative of cheese, potato & leek filling) – to be served with an apple chutney that bubbles away as you master the technique of rough-puff
  • Seasonal fruit galette with shortcrust pastry
  • Sweet pastry chocolate tarts with hazelnut praline

You will learn tips, tricks and pitfalls to avoid to ensure you create perfect pastry every time, and how to achieve a professional decorative finish to your bakes.

Dietary information: This class involves cooking with nuts. The menu is adaptable for vegetarian diets but this must be specified when booking. For any other allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before booking.
