Focus group on a new food waste app
About this event
We’d like to hear from people about their views on our new app and provide us with feedback on ways we can improve.
When?
30th July 2026, 4-5.30 pm, with a break and snacks.
Where?
Pink Moon Cafe, 52 Ship St, Brighton BN1 1AF
Who made the app, and why are you running this event?
This is an opportunity to share your views if you’re interested in climate action and reducing food waste. The Brighton and Hove Food Partnership is a not-for-profit, working with communities to increase and share their knowledge about the connection between food waste and its impact on the environment.
The session is planned and delivered by Food Matters.
Why should I participate?
There is no pressure to participate, but we’d love to help make your voices heard if you feel comfortable.
Recognising your time in participating, we will:
- Pay you for your time – each participant will receive a £15 Huggg Voucher to spend in participating supermarkets
- Ensure there are tasty snacks and hot drinks at the workshop
- Work hard to make it a safe and comfortable space for everyone participating
If you are unsure about participating or would like to know more please email libby@bhfood.org.uk or call us on 01273 234810.
