Discover how a healthier digestive system means a healthier you! More and more research is linking gut health to disease and wellbeing – from digestive health and metabolism to immunity and even mood.

In this evidence-based workshop, registered nutritionist Fran will lead you through this developing and exciting topic. You’ll come away with a better understanding of your gastrointestinal system, including the key things you need to know about beneficial bacteria, the link between the gut and the brain, the impact of stress on the gut, the difference between probiotics and prebiotics, the role of fibre in gut health and the factors that can affect your gut health.

You’ll also work through some delicious gut-healthy recipes using a fermented milk kefir (vegan alternative available) and have the opportunity to have your own your digestive dilemmas answered.

Tickets for this event are £39.50 per person, or £34.50 (per person) when booking two or more tickets at once. We have a limited number of tickets available at a concession rate of £24.50 for those who are in receipt of a means-tested benefit, under-18s (must be accompanied by an adult), as well as full-time students (use the drop-down to choose this option when purchasing your ticket).
