There’s little more comforting than the aroma of Easter spices wafting through the kitchen before sitting down to enjoy hot cross buns fresh from the oven. So this Easter, forget shop-bought buns and why not make your own?
Community Kitchen baking favourite and pastry chef Charlotte Fuller will guide you through the magic of working with enriched dough to make your own traditional hot cross buns. In this seasonal special you will also make and decorate delicious Easter biscuits. Expect to enjoy both with a cup of tea and still have plenty to take home with you.
Find out more about Charlotte and the other cooks who teach in the Community Kitchen.
