You will learn a range of different cuts such as chop, slice, mince, julienne, paysanne and chiffonnade. Practice your skills on a range of different vegetables and core ingredients. Then finish by working in pairs to prepare and cook prawns (or tofu) to create a delicious, Asian inspired salad which you will sit and enjoy together.
Chef Kanthi has taught hundreds of people knife skills and other cookery techniques when working at Jamie Oliver’s Recipease before he set up the Curry Leaf Cafe and Easy Tiger. Find out more about Kanthi and the other cooks who teach in the Community Kitchen.
