Wednesday 27 Feb 2019
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
A supportive and interactive workshop offering the lowdown on the right way to do low carb diets that can help you manage your weight (and which can also help with managing diabetes).
Registered nutritionist Fran will lead you through this easy-to-follow approach and help you understand what a healthy low-carb diet looks like (considering all the foods groups needed for good overall health), how to balance your energy needs and the difference between low carb and ketogenic. She will provide you with the most up-to-date evidence, answer your low-carb questions and – best of all – show you how to make some easy, healthy low carb dishes.
Find out more about Fran and the other cooks who teach in the Community Kitchen.
