Saturday 30th June 2018
1:30 pm - 5:30 pm

About this event

One tier good, two tier better! If you’ve ever dreamed of making a splash with a celebration cake, then this is the course for you.

Experienced pastry chef Charlotte Fuller will encourage you to express yourself artistically as she reveals techniques for fillings, flavourings and finishings, taking you through each stage of making your own two-tier buttercream sponge.

Charlotte will demonstrate the fashionable semi-naked cake finish and show the polished practice behind rustic-looking cakes. Get ready to get creative.

This class is adaptable for vegan or gluten-free cooks.

Charlotte is also teaching a ‘Sweet Pastry’ course in October 2018.
