Let Lerato inspire you to spice up your dishes this Christmas!
In this seasonal class, you will learn to make a Moroccan roast with a variety of seasonal vegetables, nuts and seeds; a sumptuous harissa stew with aubergines and chickpeas; a jewelled salad with bulgar, pomegranates and fresh herbs, and a refreshing salad with heritage carrots and a ginger orange glaze.
Lerato’s cooking is inspired by her African heritage, the continent’s rich diversity and a love for seasonal and local produce.
Her cookery class is hands-on and you will cook in teams before sitting down to feast together. The class is plant-based and includes nuts. Please let us know of any dietary requirement and allergies.
Tickets for this event include:
- professional cookery tuition
- all ingredients and equipment
- hot drinks throughout the session
