In this seasonal class, you will learn to make a Moroccan roast squash centrepiece with a variety of seasonal vegetables, nuts and seeds; a sumptuous harissa stew with aubergines and chickpeas; jewelled bulgar with pomegranates and fresh herbs, and a refreshing salad of heritage carrots and a ginger orange glaze.

Lerato’s cooking is inspired by her African heritage, the continent’s rich diversity and a love for seasonal and local produce.

Her cookery class is hands-on and you will cook in teams before sitting down to feast together. Bring your own bottle to enjoy with the feast at the end of this spicy journey through traditional and contemporary Moroccan cuisine. The class is suitable for all, from beginners to experts, leaving you inspired to add African vibrancy into your cooking.

Booking instructions

Tickets for this event are £59.99, or £54.99 (per person) when booking two or more tickets at once. We have a limited number of tickets available at a concession rate of £44.99 for those who are in receipt of a means-tested benefit, as well as full-time students. If available, these options will appear in the drop-down when purchasing your ticket.

Refund policy:

We offer a full refund if you change or cancel your place up to 14 days before your class. If you cancel between seven and 14 days before your class, we offer a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds when a place is cancelled less than seven days before the class is due to take place. Please note Eventbrite now has a policy of keeping the Eventbrite fees associated with a booking (roughly 6.5% of the total cost) even when a refund is made.
