Turn heads with this summer stunner! In a seasonal special, experienced pâtisserie tutor and Kitchen favourite Charlotte Fuller is the guide as you bake and construct a show-stopping centrepiece dessert making the most of the fruits and flowers of high summer.
Charlotte will share the tips and tricks of professionals as you prepare a very special elderflower-infused sponge roulade, before filling it with delicious crème diplomat, your own just-made tangy lemon curd and a heap of gorgeous fresh berries. Finished with piped decoration, chocolate or meringue shards and edible flowers, your centrepiece is set to be a sweet sensation at any summer occasion – rain or shine.
The session starts with a super summery fizz cocktail (or non-alcoholic alternative) and ends with a slice of scrummy cake before you take your own amazing creation home with you. Please note the recipes for this class contain eggs and gluten, if you have any questions about dietary requirements or allergies, feel free to contact us.
What previous participants on Charlotte’s classes said: “I learned so much. I’m so impressed with what I made.” “I really liked Charlotte!! She is a great teacher – makes everyone feel very relaxed and always on hand with help and tips.” “Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, great evening!”
