6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Discover creative ways with bounty from the Sussex shoreline with Chef Isaac, devotee of all things local and founder of the North Laine’s award-winning Isaac At restaurant.
On this masterclass you can expect to work with locally caught crab, sea herbs foraged from the Sussex front and more – learning from the man who’s done more than anyone to put Sussex food on Brighton’s foodie map. You’ll also discover the secrets behind Isaac’s signature treacle & stout bread.
This event is part of the Brighton & Hove Food & Drink Festival.
Places on this Masterclass will help raise funds for our Community Cookery classes, thanks to Isaac generously donating his time for the event.
