Make a caramel to perfection using sight and smell only! Feel your way to that elusive moment your choux pastry is ready.
Experienced pastry chef Charlotte Fuller will encourage you to trust your senses as she reveals the tips behind the top pâtissiers in this specialist desserts course.
You will make choux paste and crème pâtissière filling for choux eclairs, and sweet pastry, frangipane and poached pears for a show-stopping French-style tart – finished professionally, of course, with a stunning nappage glaze.

Booking instructions
Tickets for this event are £45 per person, or £40 (per person) when booking two or more tickets at once. We have a limited number of tickets available at a concession rate of £35 for those who are in receipt of a means-tested benefit, as well as full-time students (use the drop-down to choose this option when purchasing your ticket).
