A great opportunity to pick up some top tips for modern casual dining as the duo at Humble Plates bring their special blend of food, chat and booze to the Kitchen.

Dan and Matt have made an art out of small plates and pairing them with the perfect beer accompaniment and we’re thrilled to host them for this one-off two-hour fundraiser in which Dan will demonstrate five small plates as Matt (who brings years of experience at Dark Star Brewery and Ridgeview) matches the flavours with the beers.

Humble Plates “champion local ingredients incorporating flavours inspired from each corner of the world, all prepared in a refined yet rustic style”, and recently opened their first restaurant kitchen alongside Bison Beers on North Road.
