This class will give you the confidence to cook nutritious, delicious and creative vegan food – ideal for those learning to adapt to a new lifestyle as well as those wanting to introduce some tasty and healthy plant-based dishes into their diet.
Experienced vegan chef and food educator Zoe will teach you how to master vegan essentials such as nut cheese, mayonnaise and béchamel sauce which can be incorporated into many dishes, such as vegan lasagne. She will also show you how to get maximum flavour from your vegetables, the heart of any vegan meal.
At the end of the session you will enjoy a delicious vegan feast and take home all the recipes from the course.
