Join Caroline Whiteman as she shares tips and techniques so you will never again feel limited by the idea of vegetarian cookery.
Caroline enjoys cooking seasonally with organic ingredients, and is inspired by local produce – and wherever possible she will showcase these. This class will see her sharing some favourite recipes, including original twists and tricks to make your vegetarian food so delicious even the most committed carnivores won’t miss the meat.
Best of all, you will end the session enjoying a full vegetarian feast.
All recipes in this course are also vegan or easily adapted to be vegan.
