roast peppersJoin Caroline Whiteman as she shares tips and techniques so you will never again feel limited by the idea of vegetarian cookery.

Caroline enjoys cooking seasonally with organic ingredients, and is inspired by local produce – and wherever possible she will showcase these. This class will see her sharing some favourite recipes, including original twists and tricks to make your veggie food so delicious even the most committed carnivores won’t miss the meat.

You will work in groups to prepare different recipes during the class, so you may not prepare all recipes yourself but will be able to taste all the dishes and take home all the recipes. Best of all, you will end the session enjoying a full vegetarian feast.

All recipes in this course are also vegan or easily adapted to be vegan.

Dietary information: This class is suitable for vegetarian diets, and adaptable for vegan diets but this must be specified when booking. For any other allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before booking.

Tickets for this event include:

  • professional cookery tuition
  • all ingredients and equipment
  • hot drinks throughout the session
  • a full meal at our sociable dining table (You are welcome to bring your own drinks to enjoy with the meal. We usually eat about 30mins before the class ends so you may wish to have a snack before you attend.)
  • all recipes from the class.

Booking instructions

Tickets for this event are £45 per person, or £40 (per person) when booking two or more tickets at once. We have a limited number of tickets available at a concession rate of £30 for those who are in receipt of a means-tested benefit, under-18s (must be accompanied by an adult), as well as full-time students. If available, these options will appear in the drop-down when purchasing your ticket.

Refund policy:

We offer a full refund if you change or cancel your place up to 14 days before your class. If you cancel between seven and 14 days before your class, we offer a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds when a place is cancelled less than seven days before the class is due to take place. Please note Eventbrite now has a policy of keeping the Eventbrite fees associated with a booking (roughly 6.5% of the total cost) even when a refund is made.
