Making your own fermented foods is one of the simplest things you can do to improve your health – and under the tutelage of fermentation expert Olivia Wall of Wild Cultures, it’s less expensive and complicated than you might think.
In this workshop, Olivia will take you through the art of fermentation and you’ll learn to make kimchi, probiotic ginger beer, milk kefir (dairy and non-dairy) and kombucha. You will go home with your own water kefir grains and a jar of traditional German sauerkraut ready to ferment.
All Olivia’s fermentation recipes and processes stem from either family recipes passed down from her German mother or are traditional recipes perfected through years of experience. A course that treats both your gut and your taste buds!
This course is adaptable to dietary requirements, including vegan/ vegetarian.
