Your daily bread

Saturday 23rd June 2018
1:30 pm - 5:30 pm

About this event

Brighton is awash with tasty, artisan breads but making your own at home is something special. Qualified pastry chef Anna Schwarz, formerly of Real Patisserie, will show you just how easy it is!

Learn how to use a variety of yeasts, flours and techniques, including no-knead bread. Shape and cook challah and doughnuts – and make butter, pizzas, soups and more, so you can leave the course replete with a lovely meal as well as your bread to take home.

The course is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced bakers looking for new ideas.

Find out more about Anna and the other cooks who teach in the Community Kitchen.
