4 Tbsp water
4 Tbsp rice wine vinegar /Mirin
4 spring onions, finely sliced
1/2 tsp Korean chilli flakes (Gochugaru) (optional)
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 Green or red chilli finely chopped (optional)
